Tebbis is a character from the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Critical Care". He is portrayed by Dublin James.
Tebbis was a young Dinaali boy who wanted to be a doctor, but died in 2377 of acute chromoviral disease due to lack of treatment, despite the fact that the medication was in supply. His patient number was "R-12", and with a low "treatment coefficient" he was restricted to level red, where he befriended Dr. Voje and Voyager's EMH who had been stolen from his ship and sold to the Dinaali medical institution. He was diagnosed with a chromoviral infection, and originally did not get the medicine needed. When The Doctor smuggled medicine in, his condition began improving, but he died of secondary infection that spread rapidly. He did not receive treatment for the infection because he had already used up his allocation.
