Slick (portrayed by Gregory Smith) is a supporting character in the Canadian grindhouse film Hobo With A Shotgun. He is the favourite son of the maniacal crime lord Drake who, along with his brother Ivan, act as their father's enforcers, terrorizing the people of Hope Town and murdering anyone who stands up to them.
History[]
One night, Slick attempts to rape a prostitute named Abby after she tries to defend a boy whom Slick was pressuring for drug money. Before Slick can force himself on Abby, he is stopped by a nameless hobo who knocks him out and drags him to the police station. However, the entire police force is corrupt and Slick is never incarcerated. While the Hobo is talking to the Police Chief, Slick and Ivan enter the chief's office and beat the Hobo to the floor. Slick decides to remind the Hobo of how worthless he is by carving the word "SCUM" into his chest.
Still enraged that someone dared to stand up to him, Slick is given some advice by his father who recommends that Slick regain his credibility by committing a truly horrific crime that will instill fear in the population. In order to salvage his reputation, Slick decides to murder a busload of schoolchildren with a flamethrower. Following this massacre, Slick and Ivan then interrupt the live news coverage of the event, killing the TV anchorman and announcing to all of Hope Town that the Drake is demanding the head of the hobo who had humiliated his son. This leads to a citywide slaughter-fest as Hope Town's citizens start hunting down and murdering its homeless population.

Slick and Ivan later attack Abby and the Hobo in Abby's apartment. After Abby slashes Slick's cheek with a piece of glass, Slick returns the favour by forcing her down on her bed and attempting to cut off her head with a hacksaw. He badly damages her neck but is stopped by the Hobo and savagely beaten. Slick remains unapologetic and remorseless and so the Hobo decides to blast off Slick's genitals with his shotgun.
Beaten, mutilated and bleeding to death, Slick crawls his way out of the apartment building to a payphone to call his father. In his last moments, as he is on the phone to Drake, Slick sees a school bus pull up in front of him, the same bus he had torched with a flamethrower previously. The burnt-out bus takes Slick aboard and drives him off to Hell screaming.
