Roman (portrayed by Stuart Greer) is a minor antagonist from Season 6 of The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Saviours.
History[]
In the episode "East", Roman is among Jiro's group of Saviours who are heading towards Alexandria when they encounter Carol Peletier on the road. After stopping Carol and demanding that she give herself up, the Saviours realise too little too late that Carol isn't as helpless as she appears. She shoots a gun through the arm of her coat, killing or mortally wounding each of the Saviours before heading across the countryside on foot. Roman survived the shootout, but was still badly wounded. Enraged by the deaths of his friends, he slowly and painstakingly follows Carol's blood trail across the hills and into a barren town.
Death[]
In the Season 6 finale "Last Day on Earth", Roman finally catches up to Carol. Bleeding profusely and near death, he shoots Carol in the shoulder. As Carol lies bleeding on the ground, Roman tells her that he intends to watch her die slowly and painfully, shooting her arm twice more. Morgan Jones arrives on horseback and orders Roman to drop his gun. Roman refuses and is about to shoot Carol one last time before Morgan shoots him in the head.
