Devor (portrayed by Tim Russ) was a member of a group of mercenaries that boarded the USS Enterprise-D during the Star Trek: TNG episode "Starship Mine". He and his group disguised themselves as maintenance staff from Ankaria Base where the Enterprise was due to undergo a baryon particle sweep, and the mercenaries were planning to steal trilithium resin from the ship.
Their plan was foiled when they were discovered by Captain Jean-Luc Picard, who was still aboard the ship. Devor was the first of the mercenaries to be incapacitated by Picard with a Vulcan nerve pinch. When he came to, Picard questioned him about what was going on, and when Devor refused to answer, Picard used a hypospray on him. Devor was presumably later disintegrated by the baryon sweep, though this is unconfirmed.
