Bido is a minor character from both series of Fullmetal Alchemist. Little is known about him except that he was a human test subject at Alchemical Laboratory 5 who had been turned into a chimera after being alchemically spliced with reptilian DNA. During the Elric brothers' investigation of Lab 5, Bido and various other chimerae escape and join up with the rogue homunculus Greed.

In the 2003 series, Bido's death occurs off-screen. Early in the episode "Theory of Avarice", his body can be seen floating in the waterway in the sewer tunnel from Devil's Nest. Most likely Bido was shot by State Military troops.
In Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Bido survives longer than the rest of his comrades, going into hiding after the military assault on Greed's hideout. He re-appears much later on when he meets with Ling Yao who has turned into a homunculus after being implanted with Greed's Philosopher's Stone. Ling does not recognise Bido even as the lizardman explains that they were friends once before. Ling heartlessly disregards Bido's pleas and shoves a carbonized fist through Bido's chest, killing him.
